Feline issues? I’m here to help!

Consultations via phone and video, for all your feline issues

In these uncertain times, you may feel a visit to the vet about your cat’s behaviour is not urgently needed, however living with aggressive or worrying behaviour from your cat or cats can make life even harder. However, help without leaving your home is at hand!

Cat fight video call

As a feline behavioural specialist, I have years of knowledge and training. A qualified veterinary nurse, I have been studying and specialising in feline behaviour, studying with the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) and am an ISFM certified feline friendly nurse. As such, I offer feline behaviour consultations as part of my services as The Friendly Pet Nurse, but in a new way… via phone or video.

Offering the help you need

Cat behaviour issues can range from two cats not getting along, catfighting, to your cat urinating where they shouldn’t, scratching furniture, being nervous or anxious. Professionals not being able to visit your home shouldn’t stop you from accessing help and advice. I can offer phone and video consultation to listen to your problems, discuss your concerns, gain a history, observations and insight into you and your cat’s surroundings and issues. I can then complete a report and action plan that will help, advise and benefit both parties to aid and resolve any issues you have.

Proven success

Here is one testimonial from a client in Horsham with a cat owner who was very concerned about her cat’s change in behaviour, after listening to her and getting to know them I could help resolve their situation. You can read more testimonials here.

“We recently consulted Zoe because our cat Tia was inappropriately urinating in the house and she refused to use her litter tray. We were at the end of our tether and did not know how to resolve this problem.
Zoe came round to the house and took lots of details down and then she subsequently sent us a report with lots of tips and ideas of how we can resolve our problem. We put in place lots of her ideas and to date, our cat is now using her litter tray all the time and is interacting well with us again.
Zoe is the best and we would not hesitate in recommending her if you have a problem with your cats’ behaviour.”
